YTL Land was once again recognised for its innovative concepts and design when it topped the metal tally with three awards including two Gold wins at the recent 2011 PAM (Malaysian Institute of Architects) Awards.
Held since the 1990s, the PAM Awards is the premier award for architecture in Malaysia, honouring contributions made by architects, clients/owners and builders/contractors for architectural design excellence and advancement of quality built environment.
YTL won two Gold awards for its projects – Centrio in Pantai Hillpark (Multiple Residential – High-rise) and YTL Communications Centre in Sentul Park (Adaptive Re-use) while d7 at Sentul East clinched a Silver award in the commercial building category.

On the other hand, d7 is a stunning piece of 7-storey architecture conceptualised to redefine traditional office spaces that are uniform and homogeneous in form and character. Completed in December 2010, d7 features an iconic form - bold, simple and with a severe façade that is set to invigorate Sentul by infusing a new vibrancy into an area treasured for its rich historical background and business heritage. d7’s silver award at PAM follows its recent win at the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) Architectural Design Award in the commercial office building category.
